THE 90 PLUS PROJECT EXISTS TO MENTOR UNDER-RESOURCED URBAN YOUTH BY FOSTERING HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT THROUGH THE SPORT OF SOCCER.

PROVIDED YOUTH DEVELOPMENT AND SOCCER PROGRAMMING TO OVER 600 KIDS IN OUR PROGRAMS CONSISTING OF 89 MALE AND 101 FEMALE STUDENTS AGES 5-7; 126 MALE AND 64 FEMALE STUDENTS AGES 8-10; 149 MALE AND 45 FEMALE STUDENTS AGES 11-13; AND 36 MALE STUDENTS AGES 14-18. (NOT COUNTING OUR SUMMER PROGRAMMING NUMBERS) OF THE 600+ STUDENTS 2% IDENTIFY AS ASIAN AMERICAN, 1% BLACK OR AFRICAN AMERICAN, 4% HISPANIC, 1% NATIVE AMERICAN, 2% MULTI-ETHNIC AND 90% CAUCASIAN. WE PROVIDED STAFFING AND COACHING DEVELOPMENT AND OVERSIGHT TO A TOTAL OF 100+ VOLUNTEER AND PAID STAFF AND COACHES. 8 BOARD MEMBERS, 50 RECREATIONAL COACHES, 12 TEAM MANAGERS, 26 DEVELOPMENTAL COACHES AND A HOST OF INTERNS. APPROXIMATELY 25% OF THOSE 600+ STUDENTS QUALITY FOR FREE AND REDUCED LUNCH BASED ON FAMILY INCOME AND RECEIVE REDUCED FEES. ON TOP OF REDUCED FEES WE GAVE AWAY AND ADDITIONAL $25,000 IN SCHOLARSHIPS AND WAIVED FEES OVER 2023.
