TECHLINK: THROUGH A UNIQUE PUBLIC/PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP WE ARE PROVIDING AN INNOVATIVE STEM CAREER PATHWAYS PROGRAM FOR TRANSITION-AGE (I.E. HIGH SCHOOL) YOUTH IN FOSTER CARE. CALLED "TECHLINK," THE INITIATIVE WELCOMED ITS SECOND COHORT OF YOUTH IN FOSTER CARE IN JANUARY 2022 TO RECEIVE COMPUTER SCIENCE EDUCATION AS WELL AS A VARIETY OF OTHER SERVICES AND SUPPORTS, INCLUDING COACHING AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT.
FAMILY SEPARATION PREVENTION DEVELOPMENT IMPACT BOND - HOPELAND EXPENSES FOR THE PREVENTING FAMILY SEPARATION DIB COVER STAFF TIME TO DEVELOP AND REFINE THE PROGRAM'S OPERATIONAL DESIGN DOCUMENT WITH OUR PARTNERS, AND FOR WORK SOURCING FUNDING FOR THE PROGRAMMATIC DELIVERABLES. THROUGH THIS COLLABORATIVE EFFORT ORPHAN MYTH CREATED 107 MILLION SOCIAL IMPRESSIONS, 500,000 VIDEO VIEWS, AND RAISED $150,000 FOR THE ORPHANED AND VULNERABLE CHILDREN SECTOR.
