THE PURPOSE OF THE INSTITUTE IS TO RECEIVE, ADMINISTER, AND EXPEND FUNDS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. THE INSTITUTE OFFERS PRACTICAL GUIDANCE TO LOCAL PENNSYLVANIANS, LEADERS, AND THE COURTS WITH A FOCUS ON STRENGTHENING THE FAMILY AND PRESERVING TRADITIONAL FAMILY VALUES.
EXPANSION OF EDUCATIONAL OPTIONS AND PARENTAL CHOICE FOR CHILDREN IN GRADES K-12 OF LOW INCOME FAMILIES VIA THE FAMILY CHOICE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM.
