CASA VOLUNTEERS SERVE AS "FRIENDS OF THE COURT", DO THEIR OWN INVESTIGATION AND PROVIDE WRITTEN REPORTS TO THE JUVENILE COURT JUDGE REGARDING THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE CHILDREN
