IN 2021, 224 COLLEGE STUDENTS COMPLETED FOUNDATIONAL TRAINING ON THEIR RESUME & INTERVIEW SKILLS. UPTURNSHIPS HELPED 102 STUDENTS SECURE INTERNSHIPS AND/OR PROJECTS WITH VARIOUS EMPLOYER PARTNERS. STUDENTS RECEIVED PROFESSIONAL TRAINING TOWARDS SECURING A FULL-TIME JOB IN THEIR FIELD OF STUDY. ALONGSIDE TRAINING, STUDENTS PARTICIPATED IN 1:1 COACHING PROVIDED BY VOLUNTEERS.
