SCWA'S PURPOSE IS TO PROTECT AND EXPAND EDUCATION CHOICES FOR PARENTS. THE ORGANIZATION ADVOCATES FOR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS THAT GIVE PARENTS CHOICES AND PROVIDES INFORMATION TO MEMBERS AND OTHERS. OUR WORK BENEFITS ALMOST 55,000 STUDENTS ATTENDING PRIVATE CHOICE SCHOOLS AND RESULTS IN OTHER BENEFITS TO MILWAUKEE AND WISCONSIN, INCLUDING PUBLIC SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT. IN ADDITION, COMMUNITIES BENEFIT FROM IMPROVED ACADEMIC AND BEHAVIORAL RESULTS AND MORE NEIGHBORHOOD STABILITY.
