MAINTAIN A SAFE, CLEAN AND PLEASANT BUILDING AT A LOCATION THAT IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE TO RESIDENTS OF WYOMING MN AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES SO THAT THEY MAY ENJOY THE PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES WITHOUT THE COST AND INCONVENIENCE OF TRAVELING TO THE METROPOLITAN AREA.
