THE CREATIVE TECHNOLOGY ALLIANCE IS DEDICATED TO SUPPORTING CREATIVE TECHNOLOGY ENTREPRENEURS WORKING AT THE FOREFRONT OF ART AND TECHNOLOGY. THE ORGANIZATION AIMS TO SUPPORT THIS MISSION THROUGH REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT AND PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT PROGRAMMING TO BUILD EQUITABLE, COMMUNITY-LED SPACES FOR MINORITY ENTREPRENEURS WORKING AT THE FOREFRONT OF ART AND TECHNOLOGY.

CREATIVE TECHNOLOGY ALLIANCE ESTABLISHED A FISCAL SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM AND ENROLLED TWO PROJECTS THAT ALIGN WITH OUR MISSION: GAME DEVS OF COLOR EXPO AND GALAXY FUND. THE GAME DEVS OF COLOR EXPOS MISSION IS TO AMPLIFY THE CREATIVE POWER HELD BY PEOPLE OF COLOR IN GAMES. WE DO THIS BY ORGANIZING REVOLUTIONARY EVENTS, UNITING OUR VIBRANT COMMUNITY, AND BUILDING ACCESS TO KNOWLEDGE, FUNDING, AND OPPORTUNITIES. THE GALAXY FUND IS A PROTOTYPE GRANT FOCUSED ON THE EARLIEST STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT. THE FUNDING WILL BE GIVEN AS AN UNRESTRICTED PROTOTYPE GRANT FOR EACH FOUNDER TO USE HOWEVER THEY SEE FIT FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR BUSINESS -- CHILD CARE, HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, PART-TIME STAFF, COACHING, LEGAL, THERAPY.
IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION HAVE BEEN COORDINATING WITH LOCAL FOUNDATIONS AND THE CITY OF ST. PAUL TO DEVELOP A GROUNDBREAKING MIXED-USE SPACE FOR CREATORS AT THE FOREFRONT OF ART AND TECHNOLOGY. DUE TO COVID-19, THIS PROJECT IS CURRENTLY BEING RE-DESIGNED TO BETTER SUPPORT ITS INTENDED AUDIENCE.
