THE MISSION OF THE SUSIE FOUNDATION IS PROVIDE FAMILIES LIVING WITH AMYOTROPHIC LATERAL SCLEROSIS (ALS OR LOU GEHRIG'S DISEASE) WITH COMPASSIONATE AND ENDURING SUPPORT SERVICES THAT HELP THEM OVERCOME THE ADVERSITIES OF THE DISEASE AND ACCESS RICHER, FULLER, AND MORE MEANINGFUL LIVES.

THE SUSIE FOUNDATION PROVIDED $114,824.97 IN GRANT FUNDING TO 118 FAMILIES LIVING WITH AMYOTROPHIC LATERAL SCLEROSIS TO HELP OFFSET OUT-OF-POCKET MEDICAL SUPPORT COSTS. BY DOING SO, THE SUSIE FOUNDATION IS HELPING INDIVIDUALS ACROSS NEW ENGLAND LIVING WITH AMYOTROPHIC LATERAL SCLEROSIS TO CONTINUE RESIDING SAFELY AND COMFORTABLY IN THEIR OWN HOMES, WHILE RECEIVING THE SUPPORT THEY NEED TO ACHIEVE RICHER, FULLER, AND MORE MEANINGFUL LIVES.


THE SUSIE FOUNDATION PROVIDED $6,000 IN SPONSORSHIP FUNDING TO HOPE LOVES COMPANY (EIN: 20-8418402) IN ORDER TO PROVIDE FAMILIES ACROSS NEW ENGLAND LIVING WITH AMYOTROPHIC LATERAL SCLEROSIS NO-COST ACCESS TO A THREE-DAY, OVERNIGHT RETREAT FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS, AGES 6-21, WHO HAVE OR HAVE HAD A LOVED ONE BATTLING ALS.
