WE CONTINUE TO LEAD COMPASSION TRAININGS FOR VARIOUS AUDIENCES LOCALLY AND BEYOND. IN 2022, WE REACHED OVER 1,300 INDIVIDUALS THROUGH IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS AND TALKS. WE WORKED LONG-TERM WITH ORGANIZATIONS WHOSE EMPLOYEES ARE FACING BURNOUT AND LED TRAININGS IN COMPASSION, SELF-COMPASSION, AND MINDFULNESS. WE SUPPORTED EDUCATORS, HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS, COLLEGE STUDENTS, AND NONPROFIT EMPLOYEES.
