IN 2021, THE ARTS BUS MADE DIRECT CONNECTIONS OF ART EDUCATION, EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS OVER 3,000 TIMES PLUS INDIRECTLY IMPACTED OVER 175,000 WITH THE JOY OF ART. THE BUS NOW TRAVELS YEAR-ROUND TO AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAMS, SUMMER CAMPS, PUBLIC LIBRARIES, ART FACILITIES, FARMS AND PUBLIC EVENTS TO EMPOWER CHILDREN WITH THE JOY OF AUTHENTIC SELF-EXPRESSION THROUGH THE ARTS. WITH JUST 1 EMPLOYEE, A 28-YEAR-OLD BUS, AND A HANDFUL OF INDEPENDENT ART EDUCATORS, THE ARTS BUS SERVICES AN AREA OF 3,500 ELEMENTARY-AGED CHILDREN AND REGULARLY ENGAGES 1/3 OF THE CHILDREN EACH YEAR WITH SEVERAL MEDIUMS AND ART EDUCATORS.
