VETERANS YOGA PROJECT TRAINED YOGA INSTRUCTORS WORK IN PARTNERSHIP WITH VETERANS, ACTIVE DUTY PERSONNEL, STUDENT VETERANS ORGANIZATIONS, AND OTHER NON-PROFITS TO TEACH OVER 100 FREE YOGA CLASSES EACH WEEK FOR VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES. WE PROVIDE SUPPORT TO ALL VETERANS, FROM THOSE STRUGGLING WITH SEVERE SYMPTOMS, AND TO THOSE WHO SIMPLY WANT TO GIVE BACK TO OTHERS. WE ALSO PROVIDE MULTI-DAY RETREATS, AND OFFER ADVANCED TRAINING IN MINDFULNESS RESILIENCE FOR YOGA INSTRUCTORS AND HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS.
