PAYMENTS MADE DIRECTLY TO PREAPPROVED TREATMENT PROVIDERS, ASSESSORS OR MATERIALS VENDORS. OBTAIN DONATIONS OF TECHNOLOGY, EDUCATIONAL GAMES AND MATERIALS, AND INSTRUCTIONAL ITEMS TO BE PLACED DIRECTLY WITH AFFECTED CHILDREN.
