OPERATED RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE OF DAYTON (RMH), WHICH PROVIDES TEMPORARY HOUSING FOR FAMILIES WITH HOSPITALIZED CHILDREN FROM THE GREATER MIAMI VALLEY REGION. DURING 2021, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED 3,585 NIGHTS OF SERVICE TO 305 FAMILIES FROM 29 OHIO COUNTIES, 27 STATES AND 7 COUNTRIES (CANADA, US, GHANA, GRANADA, IVORY COAST, RUSSIA, GUATAMALA).THE RONALD MCDONALD FAMILY ROOM (RMFR) IS LOCATED INSIDE DAYTON CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL. IN 2021, WE SERVED 1,643 NEW FAMILIES AND 5,590 INDIVIDUALS FROM 25 STATES AND 51 OHIO COUNTIES.THE RONALD MCDONALD FAMILY ROOM AT THE MIAMI VALLEY HOSPITAL SERVED 829 NEW FAMILIES AND 9,723 INDIVIDUALS FROM 6 STATES AND 30 OHIO COUNTIES IN 2021.THE RONALD MCDONALD FAMILY ROOM (RMFR) LOCATED INSIDE DAYTON CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL PROVIDES COMPLIMENTARY SNACKS, BEVERAGES, LITE MEALS, A RESPITE/RELAXATION AREA, LAUNDRY FACILITIES, SHOW FACILITIES, A CHARGING STATION, AND COMPUTER ACCESS WITH PRINTER AND FAX TO FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN INPATIENT AT DAYTON CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL AND ONLY STEPS AWAY FROM THE BEDSIDE. . IN 2021 THE RMFR INSIDE OF DAYTON CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL SERVED 1,643 FAMILIES AND 5,590 INDIVIDUALS FROM 25 STATES AND 51 OHIO COUNTIES.THE RMFR INSIDE OF MIAMI VALLEY HOSPITAL SERVES ANTEPARTUM MOTHERS AND FAMILIES OF BABIES IN THE NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT. THIS SPACE PROVIDES THE AMENITIES OF COMPLIMENTARY SNACKS, BEVERAGES, LITE MEALS, A RESPITE/RELAXATION AREA, LAUNDRY AND ACCESS TO AN I-PAD AND INTERNET. IN 2021 THE RMFR INSIDE OF MIAMI VALLEY HOSPITAL SERVED 829 FAMILIES AND 9,723 INDIVIDUALS FROM 6 STATES AND 30 OHIO COUNTIES.DONATED VOLUNTEER SERVICES WERE VALUED AT $46,180.77 IN 2021.
