THE PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO RECEIVE AND ADMINISTER FUNDS IN SUPPORT OF THE OPERATION OF FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTERS TO ENABLE THEM TO PROVIDE HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO UNDERINSURED AND UNINSURED INDIVIDUALS; TO ENGAGE IN SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE FUNCTIONS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF CITIZENS OF SOUTHEASTERN MICHIGAN. DURING 2013, THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVED A CONTRIBUTION OF A BUILDING HOUSING THE WELLNESS PLAN MEDICAL CENTERS AND RENTS THE PROPERTY TO THE CENTERS IN SUPPORT OF THEIR HEALTH CARE ACTIVITIES.
