AROUET IS AN INNOVATIVE SECOND CHANCE MOVEMENT FOR WOMEN TRANSITIONING OUT OF THE CORRECTIONAL SYSTEM IN ARIZONA. OUR MISSION IS TO RESTORE INDIVIDUALS, REBUILD FAMILIES, AND POSITIVELY IMPACT COMMUNITIES.

FINANCIAL OPPORTUNITY CENTERS PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT AND CAREER COUNSELING, ONE ON ONE FINANCIAL COACHING AND EDUCATION, AND LOW COST FINANCIAL PRODUCTS THAT HELP BUILD CREDIT, SAVINGS, AND ASSETS. WE ALSO CONNECT CLIENTS WITH INCOME SUPPORTS SUCH AS FOOD STAMPS, UTILITIES ASSISTANCE, AND AFFORDABLE HEALTH INSURANCE. THE CORNERSTONE OF THE FOC MODEL IS PROVIDING THESE SERVICES IN AN INTEGRATED WAY, RATHER THAN AS STAND ALONE SERVICES, AND WITH A LONG TERM COMMITMENT TO HELPING OUR PARTICIPANTS REACH THEIR GOALS. WE AUGMENT OUR FOC WITH CASE MANAGEMENT AND WRAP AROUND SERVICE SUPPORT. MORE THAN 300 WOMEN A YEAR PARTICIPATE IN OUR FINANCIAL OPPORTUNITY CENTER. AROUETS FOC IS FOCUSED ON LONG TERM STABILITY FOR OUR PARTICIPANTS PROVIDING WRAP AROUND SERVICES ADDRESSING THE COMPLETE NEEDS OF OUR PARTICIPANTS TO HELP WITH EMPLOYMENT, FINANCIAL SECURITY, INCOME SUPPORT, AND EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES. THE WOMEN, ALL OF WHOM ARE RECENTLY RELEASED FROM PRISON AND WITHOUT EMPLOYMENT WHEN THEY BEGIN AT THE CENTER, WORK WITH COACHES ON 1 ON 1 BASIS TO RECEIVE INDIVIDUALIZED GUIDANCE TO HELP THEM ACHIEVE THEIR PROFESSIONAL AND FINANCIAL GOALS. OUR COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES ADDRESS SKILLS ASSESSMENT, RESUME AND INTERVIEW PREPARATION, JOB PLACEMENT, ACCESS TO EDUCATION AND TRAINING, JOB RETENTION AND ADVANCEMENT SUPPORT.
