DIAGNOSTIC ERROR IN MEDICINE (DEM) CONFERENCES TO PROVIDE PLATFORMS TO PRESENT THE LATEST RESEARCH, POLICY INITIATIVES ON DIAGNOSTIC QUALITY, SAFETY, AND NETWORK WITH INTERNATIONAL PEERS ACTIVE IN THE FIELD. THE CONFERENCES INCLUDE MULTI-DISCIPLINARY SPEAKERS FROM A RANGE OF SCIENTIFIC DOMAINS INVOLVED IN IMPROVING DIAGNOSIS, INCLUDING PSYCHOLOGY, MEDICAL EDUCATION, CLINICAL AND LABORATORY MEDICINE, HUMAN FACTORS ENGINEERING, EPIDEMIOLOGY, INFORMATICS, AND QUALITY AND SAFETY RESEARCH.
