RCFL AIMS TO PROVIDE ATTAINABLE HOUSING IN AN AREA OF MINNEAPOLIS WHERE IT IS HIGHLY NEEDED. WE MAINTAIN 26 LIVING UNITS INCLUDING 16 EFFICIENCIES, 7 MULTI BEDROOM APARTMENTS AND 1 SINGLE FAMILY HOME. IN 2022 WE CONTINUED TO MAINTAIN AN EXTREMELY HIGH OCCUPANCY RATE - 95%
HEALTH COMMONS CONTINUED TO ENGAGE NEIGHBORS IN HOLISTIC WELLNESS AND VARIOUS COURSES. THE URBAN FARM PROVIDED INDIVIDUAL GARDEN PLOTS AND HOSTED GARDEN DAYS UTILIZING THE PIZZA OVEN.
