OSHKOSH FAMILY INCORPORATED OFFERS 5 DIFFERENT SERVICES: 1)GUARDIANSHIP-PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL AND CONFIDENTIAL SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, MENTAL ILLNESS OR THE INFIRMITIES OF AGING AND THE LIKE. 2)SS/SSI PAYEE SERVICES-A REPRESENTATIVE PAYEE RECEIVES SOCIAL SECURITY (SS) AND / OR SUPPLEMENTAL SOCIAL SECURITY INCOME (SSI) ON BEHALF OF INDIVIDUALS AND USE THE FUNDS TO PAY THE CURRENT AND FORESEEABLE NEEDS OF THE BENEFICIARY AND TO PREVENT WASTE AND FRAUD FROM OCCURRING WITH THEIR MONEY. 3)POWERS OF ATTORNEY (FINANCE & MEDICAL)-A REPRESENTATIVE ACTS ON THEIR BEHALF AND MANAGES THEIR FINANCIAL, MEDICAL, TAX FILING, PARENTAL/GUARDIANSHIP, AND VEHICLE-RELATED AFFAIRS. 4)CONSERVATORSHIP- MANAGE THE ASSETS/INCOME OF ANY PERSON WHO VOLUNTARILY AGREES TO HAVE THE COURT APPOINT OUR ORGANIZATION AS CONSERVATOR. 5)PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE/ESTATE WORK-ADMINISTRATION OF AN ESTATE THAT PAYS A DECEASED PERSON'S DEBTS AND DISTRIBUTES THE REMAINING ASSETS OF THE ESTATE.
