IN 2023 THE ASSOCIATION REPRESENTED AN AVERAGE OF 226 MEMBERS IN NEGOTIATIONS, CONTRACT ISSUES, ARBITRATIONS, AND GRIEVANCES. NOTABLY, THE UNION PROTECTED THE RIGHTS OF ITS MEMBERSHIP WHILE NEGOTIATING LABOR CONCERNS WITH THE EMPLOYER. THE ASSOCIATION REPRESENTED 23 MEMBERS IN IA DIV DISCIPLINARY MATTERS, 7 MEMBERS IN GRIEVANCE MATTERS AND 4 ARBITRATIONS.THE ASSOCIATION WAS ALSO INVOLVED IN 4 CRITICAL INCIDENCES. THE ASSOCIATION HELD MONTHLY BOARD OR GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS AND BOARD MENBERS ATTENDED NUMEROUS OTHER MEETINGS ON BEHALF OF THE MEMBERS.
