IN 2022 THE ASSOCIATION REPRESENTED AN AVERAGE OF 243MEMBERS IN NEGOTIATIONS, CONTRACT ISSUES, ARBITRATIONS, AND GRIEVANCES. NOTABLY, THE UNION PROTECTED THE RIGHTS OF ITS MEMBERSHIP WHILE NEGOTIATING LABOR CONCERNS WITH THE EMPLOYER. THE ASSOCIATION REPRESENTED 26 MEMBERS IN IA/DISCIPLINARY MATTERS AND 7 MEMBERS IN GRIEVANCE MATTERS. APPROXIMATELY 7 CONTRACT LANGUAGE INTERPRETATIONS WERE ALSO SETTLED BY THE ASSOCIATION THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. THE ASSOCIATION HELD MONTHLY BOARD OR GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS AND BOARD MENBERS ATTENDED NUMEROUS OTHER MEETINGS ON BEHALF OF THE MEMBERS.
