THE EE COMMUNITY/SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM PROVIDES EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH PHYSICAL, COGNITIVE, AND MENTAL DISABILITIES TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THEIR VOCATIONAL FUNCTIONING, INCREASE EARNINGS AND ACHIEVE COMPETITIVE EMPLOYMENT.
THE DD AND CADI WAIVER DAY SUPPORTS AND EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMS PROMOTE ACHIEVEMENT OF BOTH INDIVIDUAL AND VOCATIONAL GOALS, INCLUDING EMPLOYMENT IN THE COMMUNITY IN AN INTEGRATED SETTING. OTHER PROGRAM COMPONENTS ADDRESS PERSONAL CARE, DAILY LIVING SKILLS AND JOB SKILLS TRAINING.
THE FEE FOR SERVICE PROGRAM PROVIDES INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORT FOR A PERSON THAT QUALIFIES FOR SERVICES UNDER VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION SERVICES.
