Describe the Organization's Mission:
Part 3 - Line 1
THE MISSION OF PANTHEON INDUSTRIES IS TO PROVIDE A FULL SPECTRUM OF OPPORTUNITES FOR APPROPRIATE EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES THAT WILL BENEFIT BOTH THEM AND THE COMMUNITY. PANTHEON'S PRIMARY GOAL IS TO ESTABLISH PROGRAM SERVICES THAT DEVELOP CAPABILITES AND POTENTIALS, AS WELL AS ENHANCE PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, AND SOCIAL EXPERIENCES. WE ACCOMPLISH THIS THROUGH SUPPORT AND TRAINING BY CONCERNED AND CARING STAFF WORKING COOPERATIVELY WITH CLIENT-EMPLOYEES, FAMILIES/GUARDIANS, REFERRING AGENCIES, OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND THE COMMUNITY. PANTHEON EMPHASIZES POSSIBILITES RATHER THAN LIMITATIONS IN RESPONDING TO THE NEEDS OF EACH INDIVIDUAL. WE CONTINUALLY RE-EVALUATE CURRENT SERVICES AND DEVELOP NEW PROGRAMS. PANTHEON VALUES RESPONSIVENESS, FLEXIBILITY, AND THE WILLINGNESS TO ACCEPT CHALLENGES TO MEET BOTH THE CURRENT AND FUTURE NEEDS OF THOSE WE SERVE.
