ABC SERVED 119INDIVIDUALS EACH MONTH ON AVERAGE.DUE TO THE 2021 COVID PANDEMIC AND STAFFING SHORTAGES, ABC'S ABILITY TO SERVE INDIVIDUALS AT FULL CAPACITY WAS LIMITED.
