WE ARE AN EMPLOYMENT SOCIAL ENTERPRISE DRIVEN TO ASSURE THAT EVERYONE WHO WANTS A JOB HAS A JOB.

SUCCESSFULLY TRANSITION FROM PROVIDING PRE-VOCATIONAL TRAINING TO AN EMPLOYMENT SOCIAL ENTERPRISE. IN 2022 WE PROVIDED OVER 2,000 FREE RIDES TO GET PEOPLE TO WORK AND BACK HOME. OUR GET ACADEMY PARTNERSHIP PROVIDED 9 TRANSITIONAL STUDENTS WITH MANUFACTURING TRAINING THAT LED TO JOBS IN THE MANUFACTURING FIELD. WHILE WE CONTINUE TO EMPLOYE PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, WE HAVE EXPANDED THOSE WE SERVE BY PROVIDING EMPLOYMENT AND HANDS ON TRAINING TO AN ADDITIONAL 35 INDIVIDUALS WITH OBSTACLES TO EMPLOYMENT. OUR OUTREACH TO HOMELESS SHELTERS, PROBATION AND PAROLE, FOOD PANTRIES, MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDERS, AND OTHERS HAS BROUGHT EMPLOYMENT TO HELP PEOPLE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS, FORMER INCARCERATION AND AODA/MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AS OBSTACLES TO GETTING AND KEEPING THEIR JOBS.
