PROJECT CONNECT - PROJECT CONNECT'S GOAL IS TO SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASE ECONOMIC INDEPENDENCE AMOUNG PEOPLE OVERCOMING CHALLENGING BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT. PARTICIPANTS OFTEN HAVE LITTLE OR NO WORK HISTORY, LIMITED LITERCY, MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES, ADDICTION, OR CORRECTIONS INVOLVEMENT.
