FIND VOLUNTEERS IN NEIGHBORHOODS WHO HELP WATCH AND REPORT CRIMES HAPPENING IN THEIR OWN NEIGHBORHOODS. THIS HELPS REDUCE THE CRIME RATE AND MAKES THE NEIGHBORHOODS SAFER PLACES.
