THE PROGRAMS PROVIDE TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND OTHER BARRIERS INCLUDING POVERTY, DISLOCATED WORKERS, TRADITIONALLY UNDERSERVED, ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE, REENTRY FROM THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM, AND VETERANS. TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT IS SECURED THROUGH LOCAL AND NATIONAL INDUSTRY RELATIONSHIPS TO ADVANCE A VARIETY OF SKILL LEVELS. THE GOAL OF INFORMED CHOICE, IN AN INTEGRATED ENVIRONMENT, IS KEY TO SUCCESSFUL OUTCOMES.
