EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAM (BIRTH TO 3) PROVIDED EVALUATION, EDUCATION, AND THERAPY TO 1,035 CHILDREN WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DELAYS.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH CENTER PROVIDED SOCIAL, VOCATIONAL, AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES TO PEOPLE WITH MENTAL ILLNESSES. AN AVERAGE OF 126 PEOPLE PER DAY WERE SERVED
