EITHER THROUGH COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES OR COMMUNITY BASED RETIREMENT ACTIVITIES. THESE EXPERIENCES INCLUDE VOLUNTEERING AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES. SPECIAL ATTENTION IS PAID TO THE BARRIERS FACING INDIVIDUALS AS THEY AGE. IN 2022 52 INDIVIDUALS WERE SERVED WITHIN THIS CAPACITY. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION RATING WAS 9.91 ON A SCALE OF 10. IN 2022 WE CONTINUED TO SUPPORT INDIVIDUALS WITH A 1:2 OR 1:1 STAFFING RATIO HOWEVER WE ARE NOW ALSO SUPPORTING SOME INDIVIDUALS WITH A 1:3 RATIO.
