EITHER THROUGH COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES OR COMMUNITY BASED RETIREMENT ACTIVITIES. THESE EXPERIENCES INCLUDE VOLUNTEERING AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES. SPECIAL ATTENTION IS PAID TO THE BARRIERS FACING INDIVIDUALS AS THEY AGE. IN 2023 50 INDIVIDUALS WERE SERVED WITHIN THIS CAPACITY. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION RATING WAS 9.89 ON A SCALE OF 10. IN 2023 WE CONTINUED INDIVIDAULS WITH A 1:3, 1:2 OR 1:1 STAFFING RATIO.
KAPOSIA EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT SERVICES HELPS INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES RETAIN THEIR COMMUNITY BASED EMPLOYMENT.
