Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
EXTENDED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMS PROVIDE ONGOING SUPPORT TO APPROXIMATELY 110 DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED INDIVIDUALS NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN EMPLOYMENT.
DAY TRAINING AND HABILITATION (DT&H) PROGRAMS PROVIDE COMMUNITY BASED EMPLOYMENT TO APPROXIMATELY 370 INDIVIDUALS NEEDING SIGNIFICANT LEVELS OF SUPERVISION.
TRANSIT SERVICES WERE PROVIDED TO INDIVIDUALS IN THE ALBERT LEA, AUSTIN, OWATONNA, AND WASECA AREAS. THESE SERVICES WERE PROVIDED TO DISABLED AND NONDISABLED INDIVIDUALS. A TOTAL OF APPROXIMATELY 204,404 TRIPS WERE MADE BY THE PROGRAM.
RESIDENTIAL HOUSING SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO 8 DISABLED INDIVIDUALS AT TWO LOCATIONS.
