EMPLOYMENT & TRAINING SERVICES - PROVIDES ASSESSMENT, TRAINING, JOB PLACEMENT AND SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH A VARIETY OF EMPLOYMENT BARRIERS.
