COMMUNITY PROGRAM AND JOB COACHING - COMMUNITY PROGRAM INCLUDES YOUTH BASED LEARNING AND JOB SUPPORT PROGRAMS SUCH AS SCHOOL TO WORK TRANSITION AND PRE EMPLOYMENT TRANSITION SERVICES WHERE THERE IS A JOB READINESS AND ON THE JOB TRAINING CORRELATION OF THE INDIVIDUALS SERVED.
