SEE SCHEDULE OOUR PLASTIC BAG MANUFACTURING PROGRAM EXPERIENCED A 5% GROWTH IN REVENUE DURING FISCAL YEAR 2021 IN COMPARISON WITH THE PRIOR YEAR. THE GROWTH SUPPORTED AN INCREASE IN CLIENT WAGES OF NEARLY 50% DURING 2021 OVER THE PRIOR YEAR. CLIENT PARTICIPATION GREW EACH MONTH DURING THE YEAR WITH A TOTAL OF 48 DISABLED ADULT CLIENTS EARNING PAYCHECKS WORKING IN OUR PLASTIC BAG MANUFACTURING FACILITY. REVENUE GENERATED FROM OUR PACKAGING AND ASSEMBLY OPERATIONS INCREASED BY 62% IN COMPARISON WITH THE PRIOR YEAR PROVIDING FOR A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN CLIENT WORK AND PAYCHECKS. REHABILITATION SERVICE REVENUE PROVIDED BY LOCAL COMMUNITY HEALTH ORGANIZATIONS ALSO INCREASED YEAR-TO-YEAR DUE TO FAVORABLE RATE NEGOTIATIONS WHICH ALLOWED FOR CONTINUOUS SUPPORT OF ALL PROGRAMS AND SERVICES OFFERED BY OUR ORGANIZATION DESPITE FLUCTUATIONS IN CLIENT ATTENDANCE RELATED TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. WE EXPERIENCED FEWER DISRUPTIONS IN OPERATIONS RELATED TO THE PANDEMIC AND ACCORDINGLY THE MONTHLY AVERAGE NUMBER OF CLIENTS ON PAYROLL INCREASED BY 16% OR 21 EMPLOYEES PER MONTH.
