ODC PROVIDED COMMUNITY SERVICES TO OVER 999 INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS IN 14 DIFFERENT COUNTIES IN CENTRAL AND NORTHCENTRAL WISCONSIN IN 2021. ODC HAS PHYSICAL LOCATIONS IN WISCONSIN RAPIDS, MARSHFIELD, STEVENS POINT, WAUSAU, AND WAUSHARA. ODC HAS BEEN IN EXISTENCE SINCE 1965. ODC PROVIDES SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS TO ASSIST THEM TO LIVE AND WORK AS INDEPENDENTLY AS POSSIBLE IN THE COMMUNITY. 999 PEOPLE WERE SUPPORTED IN 2021 THROUGH 11 DIFFERENT ODC SERVICES AND PROGRAMS ALL FOCUSING ON COMMUNITY LIVING AND CONNECTIONS. ODC PROVIDED JOB TRAINING AND SUPPORT TO 55 INDIVIDUALS AND SUPPORTED OVER 345 INDIVIDUALS OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN EMPLOYMENT IN THE COMMUNITY. ODC PROVIDED 125 INDIVIDUALS MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY IN THEIR COMMUNITY. ODC ALSO PROVIDED SERVICES TO OVER 130 INDIVIDUALS TO DISCOVER, EXPLORE AND BUILD CONNECTIONS IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. ODC EXPANDED TO PROVIDE TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT, HOUSING COUNSELING SUPPORT AND DAILY LIVING SKILLS TRAINING TO INDIVIDUALS LIVING IN THEIR OWN APARTMENT OR HAVE A GOAL/DREAM TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY.
