THESE PROGRAMS HELP COMMUNICATE SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES TO THE COMMUNITY, PROVIDE INITIAL CONTACT AND ON-GOING SUPPORT FOR SENIOR CITIZENS AND CAREGIVERS, TRANSPORTATION FOR THOSE UNABLE TO DRIVE, AND PLACES FOR SOCIALIZATION AND NUTRITIONAL MEALS.
NUTRITION - PROVIDED 181,312 HOT, HEALTHY, WELL-BALANCED MEALS TO SENIOR CITIZENS AT FIVE CENTERS OR TO THEIR HOME (FOR THOSE WHO ARE HOMEBOUND) DELIVERED BY A FRIENDLY VOLUNTEER.
