Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
TITLE IIIC - NUTRITION AND PASSPORTNUTRITIOUS MEALS ARE PROVIDED WEEKDAYS AT THE LUNCH HOUR. HOME DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE AND MEALS ARE SERVED AT SEVERAL CONGREGATE MEAL SITES THROUGHOUT LICKING COUNTY, AND TO THE PARTICIPANTS' HOMES WHEN NECESSARY DUE TO COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS. IN 2021, 232,149 MEALS WERE PREPARED.
TITLE IIIB - HOMEMAKER/HOME HEALTH:HOME HEALTH AIDES ASSIST WITH PERSONAL CARE. HOMEMAKERS DO CLEANING, LAUNDRY AND ERRANDS. CHORE SERVICE PERFORMS HEAVY CLEANING, HOME MAINTENANCE AND YARD WORK. RESPITE IS PROVIDED FOR THE 24-HOUR CAREGIVER.
