HOME PRESERVATION ALLOWS FAMILIES TO STAY IN THEIR HOME AND AVOID THE UNCERTAINTY OF MOVING. PROJECTS CONSIST OF REPAIRS INTENDED TO ALLEVIATE CRITICAL HEALTH, LIFE AND SAFETY ISSUES OR CODE VIOLATIONS.
