MACD PROVIDES IN-PERSON EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS, STATE-WIDE MULTI-DAY EVENTS, AND WEB-BASED TRAINING THAT SUPPORT MICHIGAN CONSERVATION DISTRICTS.


WESTERN LAKE ERIE BASIN CONSERVATION OUTREACH IS A PROGRAM TO INCREASE FARMER ADOPTION OF CONSERVATION PRACTICES IN THE WESTERN LAKE ERIE BASIN.


MICHIGAN ENVIROTHON IS A STATEWIDE ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION PROGRAM FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, FOCUSING ON USING THE OUTDOORS AS A CLASSROOM AND UTILIZING DIVERSE "ECOSTATIONS" AS COMPETITION TESTING SITES.
