TO BECOME A VERMILION COUNTY WIDE INTIATIVE THAT ACTS AS THE UMBRELLA OF SERVICES FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN NEED. THE PROJECT SUCCESS PROCESS WILL CREATE OPPOTUNITIES TO PREVENT VIOLENCE,CRIME,ABUSE,NEGLECT AND HUNGER, AND ACT AS AN ADVOCATE FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF SCHOOL BASED INTIATIVES.
