TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH INDEPENDENT SERVICE COORDINATION. DAYONE PACT IS AN ILLINOIS NOT-FOR-PROFIT AGENCY WHICH PROVIDES A VARIETY OF STATE-FUNDED AND PRIVATELY FUNDED SERVICES TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES. WITHIN ITS PRIVATELY-FUNDED DIVISION, DAYONE PACT PROVIDES GUARDIANSHIP OF THE PERSON AND ESTATE, ADVOCACY SERVICES, PERSONAL AND BUDGETING ASSISTANCE, AND OTHER ARRANGEMENTS TAILORED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF A PERSON WHO MAY BE ELDERLY OR DISABLED.
