THERAPY SERVICES - INCLUDES COUNSELING AND THERAPY, PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES, CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES, SCHOOL BASED SERVICES AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES. 652 INDIVIDUALS RECEIVED SERVICES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
CARE COORDINATION AND SUPPORT ORGANIZATION - THIS NEW PROGRAM PROVIDES CARE COORDINATION FOR YOUTH WITH SIGNIFICANT NEEDS IN MULTIPLE DOMAINS OF LIFE. THE PROGRAM PROVIDED SERVICES TO 48 INDIVIDUALS DURING THE YEAR.
CRISIS CARE - THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES 24/7/365 MOBILE CRISIS RESPONSE TO INDIVIDUALS IN CRISIS, ALONG WITH LINKAGE AND COORDINATION TO OTHER NEEDED SERVICES. THE PROGRAMS MAIN FOCUS IS TO ENSURE SAFETY AND TO STABILIZE THE INDIVIDUAL IN CRISIS, EITHER IN-PERSON AT THE LOCATION OF THE CRISIS OR VIRTUALLY VIA PHONE OR VIDEO. THE PROGRAM PERFORMED 55 CRISIS RESPONSES DURING THE YEAR.
SASS PROGRAM - SERVICES INCLUDE CRISIS INTERVENTION, LINKAGE AND COORDINATION OF SERVICES TO OTHER COMMUNITY BASED MENTAL HEALTH AGENCIES FOR AFTERCARE AND OUTPATIENT TREATMENT. THE PROGRAM PROVIDED SERVICES TO OVER 1,500 CHILDREN AND PERFORMED 1,839 EMERGENCY ASSESSMENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
