ENSURE THAT BENCH AND BAR ADHERE TO ACCEPTABLE PROFESSIONAL AND ETHICAL STANDARDS. IMPROVE PUBLIC UNDERSTANDING OF THE FUNCTIONS AND IMPORTANCE OF OUR LEGAL AND CONSTITUTIONAL SYSTEM AND ENCOURAGE RESPECT THEREOF.
