ADULTS LIVING WITH MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS WILL HAVE OPPORTUNITIES TO ENGAGE IN MENTAL HEALTH RECOVERY AND PARTICIPATE IN THE LARGER COMMUNITY OF EAU CLAIRE AND THE CHIPPEWA VALLEY.
