ORGANIZATION PROMOTES A VEHICLE FOR EXCHANGING INFORMATION AND IDEAS RELATED TO UNIQUE CONCERNS OF SPECIAL EDUCATION FACULTY AT UNIVERSITIES, INCLUDING COLLECTION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA SPECIFIC TO SPECIAL EDUCATION DOCTORAL EDUCATION.
