THE UNISERV PROGRAM PROVIDES ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT FOR THE MEMBERS AND AFFILIATES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ASSISTANCE WITH COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AND NEGOTIATIONS, CONTRACT ENFORCEMENT, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES, PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES, MEMBER COMMUNICATIONS , AND MEMBER RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION.
THE LEGAL SERVICES PROGRAM PROVIDES NEEDED LEGAL ASSISTANCE AND ADVICE TO MEMBERS AND AFFILIATES WITH REGARD TO LABOR RELATIONS, INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS, BARGAINING RIGHTS, CONTRACT ENFORCEMENT, AND OTHER MATTERS WITH LEGAL OR QUASI-LEGAL IMPLICATIONS.
THE COMMUNICATIONS PROGRAM PROVIDES INFORMATION TO MEMBERS, AFFILIATES, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC ADVOCATING FOR PUBLIC EDUCATION AND FOR PUBLIC EDUCATORS THROUGH BROADCAST, PRINT, SOCIAL, AND WEB-BASED MEDIA.
