THE MISSION OF HEART OF AMERICA ATHLETIC CONFERENCE IS TO PROVIDE GOVERNANCE FOR ATHLETICS AMONG 13 COLLEGES/UNIVERSITIES LOCATED IN KANSAS, MISSOURI, NEBRASKA & IOWA.

FOUNDED IN 1971, THE HEART OF AMERICA ATHLETIC CONFERENCE (HAAC) MARKS ITS 48TH YEAR DURING THE 2020-21 SEASON. ALL 12 CONFERENCE SCHOOLS ARE MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS (NAIA). HAAC OVERSEES QUALIFICATIONS FOR AND PARTICIPATION IN 18 SPORTS FOR ITS MEMBER SCHOOLS. IN 2020, HAAC COLLABORATED WITH ARBITER SPORTS, A PLATFORM DESIGNED TO MODERNIZE AND ASSIST ATHLETIC PROGRAMS IN HOW THEY MANAGE THEIR SERVICES. THIS HAS ALLOWED HAAC TO TAKE ON A SIGNIFICANT CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE ON BEHALF OF THEIR MEMBER SCHOOLS, INCLUDING ASSISTANCE WITH INVOICING, PAYMENT MANAGEMENT AND DISBURSEMENT ACTIVITIES.
