PROGRAMMING FEES ARE COLLECTED AND EXPENDED IN DIRECT SUPPORT OF STUDENT-FOCUSED ACTIVITIES AS WELL AS EMPLOYMENT OF RESIDENCE HALL PERSONNEL.
