ROCK TO THE FUTURE SERVES PHILADELPHIA YOUTH IN-SCHOOL, AFTER SCHOOL, DURING THE SUMMER, AND VIRTUALLY IN SCHOOLS, COMMUNITY LOCATIONS, AND JUVENILE JUSTICE FACILITIES. THEIR STUDENTS BUILD SOCIAL AND INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL, SOCIAL EMOTIONAL AND EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONING SKILLS, WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT SKILLS, AND CONFIDENCE. THESE SKILLS PROVIDE IMMEDIATE AND LONG TERM BENEFITS INCLUDING HIGHER GRADUATION RATES, PURSUING POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYMENT, REDUCED PEER CONFLICT, AND IMPROVED MENTAL WELLBEING.
