DAYTIME ACTIVITY CENTER FOR OLDER ADULTS, INCLUDING IMMIGRANTS AND REFUGEES. ONSITE PROGRAMS ARE FIVE DAYS PER WEEK AND INCLUDE BASIC AND INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH CLASSES, BASIC COMPUTER CLASSES, LITERACY, HEALTH AND NUTRITION WORKSHOPS, EXERCISE CLASSES, CRAFTS, MEALS, CULTURAL EVENTS, COMMUNITY VISITS, MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT GROUPS, CITIZENSHIP CLASSES, FOOT CARE, AND GARDENING, ALL WITH TRANSPORTATION AND INTERPRETATION. CASE MANAGEMENT AND HEALTH CARE COORDINATION HAPPEN ONSITE, IN MOBILE WORKSPACES, AND IN THE COMMUNITY. FOOD PANTRIES ARE DELIVERED TO OVER 1,000 INDIVIDUALS PER MONTH.
