MOBILE FARMERS MARKET (MFM) -DURING THIS PROGRAM YEAR WE BEGAN THE START- UP ACTIVITIES FOR THE MFM WHICH INCLUDED PURCHASING A REFRIGERATED BOX TRUCK, CUSTOMIZING THE INTERIOR, CUSTOM WRAPPING COMMUNITY ARTWORK ON THE EXTERIOR OF TRUCK AND ACQUIRING A CALIFORNIA SELLERS PERMIT. PROGRAM SERVICE REVENUE GENERATED FROM THE MFM WILL BE AN IMPORTANT SOURCE OF SUPPORT FOR THIS PROGRAM.


MT HOPE COMMUNITY GARDEN - THIS YEAR WE TRANSFORMED THE GARDEN USING PROGRAMMING TO PROMOTE AGRARIAN URBANISM. OUR AIM IS TO CULTIVATE MIND, BODY, AND EMOTIONAL WELLNESS, WITH COMMUNITY LED ACTIVITIES, WHILE BUILDING ALTERNATIVE NEIGHBORHOOD FOOD ECOSYSTEMS.
